Click on the create ticket button below to open Mervice Help desk. Once it opens, click on submit ticket.
STEP 2. FILL IN THE NAME & EMAIL LINE.
Please enter your organization name and email address
STEP 3. FILL IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
Give us a little hint as to what your issue is by including your Merchant ID and type of issue in the subject line. i.e. MID 1234567 – Hardware Issue or MID 1234567 Connection problems.
STEP 4. GIVE US DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE.
Give us a detailed summary of the technical issue. Please include as much pertinent information as possible. Be sure to provide relevant account information.
STEP 4. REVIEW AND HIT SUBMIT TICKET.
Once you have reviewed your email go ahead and hit send. You will receive an automated response with your support ticket number. A member of our support team will contact you shortly thereafter.
